Y--THRO Replace 2 Comfort Stations # 57 & 66

Demolish and Replace 2 Comfort Stations at Theodore Roosevelt National Park South Unit Cottonwood Campground. The Work consists of removing the ASBESTOS Abatement by a licensed Asbestos Abatement contractor before demolition of each building can commence. Next demolition and removal of comfort stations #57 & 66. Site preparation will include leveling and compaction of site pad and all rough-in utility lines are serviceable and ready to connect to. Prior to delivery and installation of comfort stations in the spring, the contractor will ensure the building pad is prepared to receive the building. Deliver and install two prefabricated comfort stations in the South Unit’s Cottonwood Campground. Building designs will meet or exceed all ABAAS/ADA requirements and will be constructed to the floor plan design specifications prescribed in the Project Specification. These restrooms will be configured to include a total of 4 sinks, 5 toilets, one urinal, and 4 hand dryers. Also, installation of ABA accessible sidewalks around perimeter of each newly installed comfort stations.
