The City of Hagerstown is issuing this Invitation to Bid from qualified Collection System Rehabilitation Contractors for the rehabilitation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of cured in place pipe lining, lateral reinstatement and rehabilitation, and various point repairs in the Citys collection system. The City of Hagerstown will not assume the responsibility for any bids mailed or delivered to any address other than: Office of the City Clerk, 1 East Franklin Street, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740. The City of Hagerstown shall make positive efforts to utilize Disadvantaged Business Enterprises for its supplies and services and shall allow these sources the maximum feasible opportunity to compete for contracts.
