Rooftop Unit Repair/Replacement

The City of Lincoln Park, Michigan desires to have an existing 30 rooftop unit repaired or replaced at the Kennedy Memorial Building as it is currently in need of replacement of two compressors, since the unit is an older unit an alternative bid for complete replacement is also requested. The Kennedy Memorial Building is located between London Avenue and Merril Avenue on Ferris Avenue, 3240 Ferris Avenue. The proposed project is to include 2 options, one is replacing the existing compressors in the existing unit and the second is to replace the entire rooftop unit. The City is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from a qualified team (Contractor) to provide all aspects of the construction.
