1.83 mi of hot mix asphalt base crushing, shaping and resurfacing, permanent signing and pavement markings on Miller Road from Richardson Road to west of Townline Road, Oscoda County. This is a Local Agency project. This project will be constructed with an innovative contracting method, Fixed Price Variable Scope. Control Sec Job No Federal No STL 68000 205344A 23A0164 Net classification required for this project is 631 Cb In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes a subclassification of Ea. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in this subclassification it must use a prequalified subcontractor. This subcontractor must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
