Description

The scope of work will consist of replacing the two-pipe hydronic system in the main part of the building with a water source heat pump system. All the AHU’s, pumps, chillers, boilers and piping will be demoed and be replaced with water source heat pumps, cooling tower, boilers, boiler pumps, system pumps and Aquatherm piping. In addition, a chiller will be replaced and a boiler added to the 8th grade classroom wing.
