This project will be run as one contract under 4 separate permits but we need to submit our pricing to the owner broken down into 4 separate prices 1) Color Works (including masonry demising wall and power/furring/drywall on Color Works side of the wall, – also include Alternate pricing for Bulkhead, Drop Ceiling & associated FP,M,&E work) 2) Fitness Center (including power/furring/drywall on Fitness Center side of the wall) 3) Event Space (include filling in floor boxes, brick up of arch opening, demising wall and power/drywall on event side, relocation of emergency backup for lights to event center) 4) Studio Apartment (include rework at hallway, filling in floor boxes, and power/drywall on Apartment side of demising wall)

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
