The Project includes installation of a new 130-ft diameter partial double lane roundabout at the intersection of Mt. Werner Road and Steamboat Blvd./Broomtail Lane and replacement of a significant storm sewer pipe, and including but not limited to installation of other localized drainage and water quality infrastructure, concrete sidewalks and curbs/gutters, paver installation, asphalt removal and replacement, street lighting, landscaping and irrigation.
