Description Electrical contractors to provide generator enclosures and fuel tank replacement for the Environmental Services Department. (a) Disconnect all electrical, exhaust parts and mounting hardware to generator and tank. (b) Remove factory unit and tank from pad. (c) Mount replacement double wall UL142 sealed secondary sub-base fuel tank constructed of seven (7) and ten (10) gauge carbon steel exterior, ten (10) gauge carbon steel interior, cross baffled with reinforced sidewalks that incorporate externally mounted lifting eyes. Tank sub-surface and surface protected by ppg flexible industrial polyurethane primer and to coat finished with a semi-gloss black semi-rough surface. Equipped with the following features: sealed secondary direct read fuel level gauge, manual fill cap pad lockable, low level alarm switch, leak/rupture basin alarm switch, supply and return drop tubes, normal vent, and appropriately supplied emergency vent for tank and basin. With 110 usable gallon capacity. Dimensions 133in. L. x 54in. W. x (10in. W. top flange) x 12.75in. H. equipped with a 23.5in. end wall stub up area. (d) Mount and install generator to tank. (e) Mount and install aluminum weather proof reach in enclosure, sound attenuated 6061 aluminum tubing with slandered white pre-painted .040in. aluminum skin adhered with 3M VHB vehicle tape .090in. aluminum sheet roof peaked for drainage. Shall meet 4in. per hour rain tests. Enclosed trimmed with mill finish extruded aluminum trim designed for watertight and aesthetic seal, trim enhanced mill weatherproof color match caulk double and single pad lockable doors standard with stainless steel hinges, hardware and gas shock on each door. All doors provided with a drip rail at each door entry. Two inch (2in.) matted fiberglass thermal insulating sound absorption material in ceiling and walls all covered with .032in. perforated aluminum. In take louvers blow open gravity discharge damper. Internally mounted hospital grade silencer rated with a 35 to 40 DBA reduction, 5in. inlet and outlet designed with a rectangular shape. Exterior drains for radiator coolant and engine oil. Framing design for enclosures per ASCE7 as referenced by IBC and state/local code requirements. Wind load rated at 140mph. enclose tank anchoring roof load rated for 53psf, engine generator enclosure construction classified/certified to UL2200 with UL classified per UL reference #AU640
