Description | Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all work required for "Bone Densitometer Renovation", in accordance with (IAW) all drawings, specifications, and the scope of work. This project is located at the Buffalo New York Veterans Hospital at 3495 Bailey Avenue Buffalo, NY 14215. Project magnitude: between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code is 236220. Small Business size standard is $39.5. As set forth in 38 U.S.C 8127 the requirement is a 100% set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. See VAAR 852.219-10, Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside of this VERIFIED by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) at time of submission of bid and at time of award. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE in VetBiz prior to contract award will result in the bidder's proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), prospective contractors shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award of a contract or agreement. The site visit is schedule on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at 1: 00 P.M at the Buffalo VAMC.
