All doors will meet the following specifications: 1. Exterior grade steel doors that are insulated with top closure cap, 16-gauge galvanized steel. 2. Exterior doors jambs to be mortared. 3. Jambs to be prepped with conduit for electrical keyless entry (where specified). 4. Welded steel frames with thresholds. KD frame can be used – joint to be welded in placed and ground smooth. 5. Primed and ready for paint. 6. 10” stainless steel kick plates. 7. Door closers will be heavy duty per specs. 8. Door Sweeps equal to NGPC627A. 9. Continuous hinges will be used on all exterior doors. 10. Old doors to be removed, hailed away from job site, and disposed of in a proper manner by the Contractor. 11. Heavy cylindrical lever lock handles push. 12. Panic bars to be used on all exterior doors. 13. Head and Jamb weather stripping NGPC627A (National guard product) 14. Best Knobs – specifications provided. 15. Will have fire rated labeling on each door. 16. Must have labeling for rated blast protection for class three explosives.
