The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for RTC Date Street Utilities Extension for the benefit of Oregon Military Department (OMD). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the ITB and the Contract Documents. Upgrade or replacement of existing potable water system, sewer water system, and storm water systems The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $725,000 to $760,000 Project Start Date: 30 Calendar Days From Issuance of Notice to Proceed.
