Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replacement of garage roof, doors (include overhead doors) and windows, replace a certain quantity of masonry block units, tuckpointing, clean existing steel lintels at openings, remove brake testor and infill, replace plumbing line located down the center of garage. Removal of asbestos at pipe insulation and window caulking. Alternate G-1 Replace Unit Heater (northeast location), Alternate G-2 Replace Unit Heater (northwest location), Alternate G-3 Replace Unit Heater (southwest location), Alternate G-4 Replace Unit Heater (southeast location), Alternate G-5 Replace interior concrete slab at east end overhead door, Alternate G-6 Provide Fall protection at roof.
