Description

The scope of work consists of reconstruction of asphalt pavement; demolition and removal of existing material storage bay; installation of chain link fence, chain link rolling gate, trench drain, material storage bay; and installation and maintenance of temporary BMPs.Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Miyashiro, Keith. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,250,000 and 1,750,000. A 5% bid adjustment for bidders that are parties to apprenticeship agreements pursuant to Section 103-55.6, HRS, 1s applicable to this project.The Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations of the Secretary of Labor implementing Executive Order 11246, as amended, shall be complied with on this project. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFIs will not receive a response. Anything said at the conference 1s for clarification purposes and any changes to the bid documents will be made by addendum and posted The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects 1n said proposals for the best interest of the public. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
