Fort Drum has a requirement for Backflow Testing Services. The combined synopsis solicitation is attached. Please note, the base year is shortened and is not a full 12 months. Follow the instructions on the combined synopsis solicitation and return a filled out combined synopsis solicitation no later than the time posted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
