Construct Hangar at Cold Springs

The Contractor is required to provide all plant, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to complete the scope of work for this project. Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, all work shall be comply with applicable, State, Local, and Federal laws, rules, and regulations, industry & construction codes and standards, manufacturer’s specifications & recommendations, and all contact special provisions, terms, and conditions. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits to perform construction work on a Federal installation, be properly bonded and insured in accordance with FAR requirements. The work consist of new construction contract to Y. The anticipated date of completion of this construction project is 210 calendar days from date of notice to proceed. Completion is defined as satisfactory completion of all work described in the scope of work and or approved plans and drawings in a timely manner, to include other contractual obligations identified as close out documentation, final testing, inspection and acceptance.
