Description

This Invitation to Bid solicitation is to establish a term contract for existing conduit repair by use of field paving. ODOT will accept all responsive bids submitted on or before the specified bid opening date and award. ODOT reserves the right to utilize its direct purchasing authority and purchase from other sources off contract when bidders are unable to meet the requirements of this contract.
