Description

All quantities shown herein are estimates only. The total quantity as submitted is to be considered sufficient for the needs of the District. The District shall agree to purchase 70% or more of the quantity requested and the vendor shall agree to furnish no less than 130% of the requested amount. It is the responsibility of the District to ensure the 70% guaranteed purchase requirement is met before the end of the fiscal year on June 30, 2021. The vendor is required to furnish no less than 130% (if required) of the requested need by March 1, 2021.
