Description

The project involves the rehabilitation of the East Oak Force Main. The work the lining of approximately 1,018 LF of ten-inch (10”) sanitary force main by use of CIPP (Cast In-Place Piping), the rehabilitation of one (1) manhole and applicable replacement of a portion of the force main (if and where directed) for lining purpose. All installations shall include the various fittings and components as shown in the plans. The bidders shall provide all material, labor, and equipment necessary to perform the force main rehabilitation as per the construction documents and specifications. Site work scope includes various traffic control devices and excavation and restoration of asphalt pavement. The contractor shall abide by all governmental and environmental constraints while working within the fresh water wetland transition area, such as, but not limited to New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Division of Land Use Regulations for Fresh Water Wetlands and Flood Hazzard Area Protection.
