The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide for Lighting Renovations Fulbright, Terry, Williams, Jefferson Elementry . The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids. The district has established annual spending goals of thirty percent (10%) with minority business enterprises (MBE) and thirty percent (10%) with women owned business enterprises (WBE).
