Lakeview Storage Building Improvements

**As of March 17, 2023, Gutsue Construction LLC will be awarded the project for $663,255.56. Start date has not been determined as of yet. The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Lakeview Storage Building Improvement project. This project consists of renovation for a 75'X57' pole constructions storage building. Improvements will include, but are not limited to removal of interior walls, bathroom, heating elements, overhead and man doors; new ADA bathroom, fans, heating units, epoxy floor treatment, 16' overhead door, man doors, metal siding and roofing; 20' south building expansion, site work grading, drainage, and paving Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Material & Labor Bond: 100% COMPLETION If awarded a contract under this Bid, the undersigned agrees to start work at the site July 5, 2023. The undersigned further agrees to complete the project by August 1, 2024. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Liquidated damages of $1000.00 per calendar day will be assessed for failure to meet any deadline, as noted in the Project Specifications
