New Transfer Station Facility

S&ME Project No. 22170122 Sealed bids will be received by the City of Lancaster, Ohio as provided in this notice for the New Transfer Station Facility Project. This is a State of Ohio prevailing wage rate project. The Project also includes Minority/Women's Business Enterprise goals as set forth in the Contract Documents. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City of Lancaster, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
