RFQ Construction Manager at Risk - Keller Sports Park Development Project

The City of Keller, Texas extends this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit a response from any interested party for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Keller Sports Park Development Project. The names of Proposers submitting will be read aloud at this time and place. There will be no further discussion of the submittals or the procurement process and no questions or comments will be received at this time and place. Questions must be submitted by noon October 19, 2022. All inquiries and questions must be submitted in an email to: cmaberry@cityofkeller.com The project consists of renovation of existing buildings, construction of ball fields, buildings roadways, parking lots, drainage, utilities, lighting, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, and signs. Construction is expected to begin summer 2023. Current construction budget: up to $22,000,000

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
