Description

CMHA Worley Terrace HVAC Replacement Shipping and handling within Ohio is $20 per set payable to DC Reprographics. NO UPS OR FED-EX NUMBERS WILL BE USED. This charge may be paid by check, credit card or applied to your DC Reprographics account, if applicable. Original checks are then to be mailed to DC Reprographics at 1254 Courtland Ave. Columbus OH 43201. Documents will be forwarded shipping charges collected. A deposit will be refunded upon return of documents to the printing shop, in good condition and with shipping charges prepaid, within 14 calendar days following the bid opening. Note: No deposits will be refunded after 14 calendar days. SCOPE OF WORK: Replacement of 77 existing heat pumps, air handling units, and thermostats at the Worley Terrace Senior Facility. This work includes installation of new and removal of old systems from both the rooftop and the resident rooms. Included work in the resident rooms is the cleaning of all duct work. Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to the project Architect or Engineer. All inquiries MUST be received 5 days before the bid opening. Any inquiries received later will not be considered. Interpretations will be in the form of addenda, which will be on file in the office of the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority and the Architect at least three (3) days before bids are opened. In addition, addenda will be distributed to all Plan Holders by DCAlpha Graphics Columbus, but it shall be the bidder's responsibility to make inquiry as to addenda issued. All such addenda shall become a part of the contract and all bidders shall be bound by such addenda, whether or not received by the bidders.
