Description

The project generally consists of the construction of approximately 400 linear feet of Trivium Parkway and 400 linear feet of Trivium Court including grading, storm drainage, 30” concrete curb and gutter, 5’ wide concrete sidewalks, street trees, erosion control measures, seeding, grassing and restoration, and 800 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water mains including hydrants, valves and appurtenances in the southern development area of Trivium Corporate Center.
