FY 23 Transit ADA Improvements

Reference Number 0000323356 The City of Jacksonville is requesting BIDS for FY 23 Transit ADA Improvements Bid No. FY23-14 located in Jacksonville, North Carolina: Description: The project consists of, but is not limited to, the installation of new five (5') sidewalk, new ADA compliant concrete curb ramps, asphalt trail, ADA compliant bus pads as well as additional ADA improvements at multiple locations throughout the City of Jacksonville limits. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Individual meetings with Bidders will not be held due to personnel workload. Bids will be received on Single Prime contract basis. Bids shall be on a lump sum and/or unit price basis. The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
