| Description | In particular, the services sought by SCBE will require the Respondent to provide maintenance to the District's single source, proprietary energy management system; including, but not limited to the repair, replacement and/or reprogramming of a network of Siemens Apogee controllers; maintenance of Siemens software on the district energy management server network. The use of energy-efficient building automation and control functions saves building operating costs, preserves energy resources and lowers CO2 emissions. Local manufacturer support of the district’s building automation system is necessary to ensure continuous classroom comfort. |
