Description

Environmental Monitoring Assessment and Consulting Services. The environmental monitoring and assessment for Cross Bar Ranch Wellfield and Cypress Bridge Wellfield are two separate projects. These wellfields are part of Tampa Bay Water's Central System and are water supply facilities permitted by the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) under the Consolidated Water Use Permit (WUP, No. 2011771.01). This will provide analysis of the hydrological and ecological condition of the project areas and surrounding areas in relation to potential environmental perturbations that could occur naturally (e.g. climatic events, abiotic and biotic disturbances) or from human activity (e.g. wellfield production, regional development, drainage effects). The goal of the projects is to maintain compliance with all of the applicable requirements of the Consolidated WUP.
