The maintenance of approximately239 irrigated acres (188 turf, 71 native irrigated acres), 855 native unirrigated acresand approximately 30 miles of hard-surface and soft-surface trails in the Town of Superior.The work shallconsist of maintaining turf and natural grass areas, trees, perennial and shrub beds, irrigation system, as well as snow removal and other property maintenance services as requested.
