Description | **As of August 11, 2022, project was awarded toGoodman and Mehlenbacher Ent Inc., awarded amount is $1,699,995.11** Estimate Cost:$1,726,901.08 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Schlagel Park Boat Launch Improvements project. This project includes excavation, road construction and utility extension and other work. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. As this is an online bidding process the Bidder's original hard-copy Bid Bond must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to the bid opening deadline. For full Bid Bond submittal requirements refer to Information to Bidders. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on Abadan's City of Pasco Plan Room Plan Holders list. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing up until three (3) working days prior to bid opening and directed to Bryan Cole, PE, MacKay Sposito, 1110 Osprey Pointe Ave, Suite 105, Pasco, WA 99301; Email: bcole@mackaysposito.com. The City of Pasco, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
