Asphalt resurfacing on Washington Street from S. 15th Street to S. 18th Street: Work includes existing asphalt milling and removal, unclassified excavation, 8” H.E.S. concrete, 6” C.A.B.C. with 2” HMA patches, New 3” HMA, some inlet replacement, storm sewer spot repair, manhole casting replacement and Epoxy Paint pavement markings. 2. Reconstruction of the Alley Bounded by N. 5th St., N. 6th St., New York Ave. and Pine St.: Work includes unclassified excavation, new 12” of C.A.B.C., geotextile fabric, 3” HMA pavement, New storm manhole, storm inlet and 12” PVC pipe. 3. Reconstruction & Widening of Mariners Trail from the Manitowoc Marina to the Little Manitowoc River Bridge: Work includes unclassified excavation, Geotextile Fabric, 8” C.A.B.C., Geotextile Fabric, 2.5” HMA Pavement, Topsoil, Seed and Erosion Mat.
