Description

The bidder must provide the following services necessary to complete the roofing project. Roof Mobilization & Material Loading Roofing Demolition Including Non-Friable Roofing ACM Demolition Roof System Installation Sheet Metal Flashing Installation Minor Mechanical Curb Modifications By Qualified Subcontractor Minor Electrical Modifications By Qualified Subcontractor Possible Minor Plumbing Modifications Date Email Questions Due September 21, 2023 @ 1700 PM (MST) 1. At three roof deck locations, remove the existing asphalt Built-Up Roofing (BUR) systems down to the surface of the lightweight concrete fill decking. Remove the lightweight concrete fill deck material down to the surface of the structural concrete decking. 2. Install an isocyanurate foam insulation system using both tapered insulation and flat foam insulation board stock. 3. Install a 0.5 thick high density isocyanurate foam cover board over the foam insulation system. 4. Install an adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system over the cover board. Install cured and uncured EPDM flashing systems. 5. Install new sheet metal flashings and counterflashings. 6. Provide the specified warranties from the membrane manufacturer and the roofing contractor.
