Contractor Awarded Address: Escondido, CA 92025-1820 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $11888000.00 In accordance with the Fort Irwin Barracks 262 Repair design package and specifications, contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to repair the barracks to modern, standard living conditions and extend the life of the building. This includes updating the Barracks floorplan to meet the current UPH standards of 2+1 with a kitchen, bathroom and common area in each shared unit with separate sleeping quarters and a walk-in closet.. Project repairs are needed for failing building systems and deteriorated infrastructure in Barracks 262, a three story, Enlisted Unaccompanied Personnel Housing barrack facility. Project repairs to include windows, doors, HVAC and controls, replace plumbing system due to deterioration, electrical power systems, lighting and lighting controls with replacement systems that are energy efficient. Replace bathroom fixtures, install small kitchen, paint and patch the interior and exterior. Floors, ceilings, and walls will be repaired. The building will be brought up to code with the installation of a new fire sprinkler system. Materials replaced will be removed as well as the transportation and disposal of rubbish disposed properly off site. Areas containing hazardous materials, if found, will be handled in this scope of work. These repairs are needed now to give11th ACR Soldiers the best living conditions possible, which will improve their quality of life. These repairs are in support of the Garrison Command which provides standardized, effective and efficient services, facilities and infrastructure to the Soldiers of the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California, their Families, and civilians that support in the execution of the mission. Location of this work is at Ft. Irwin, CA The estimated range of this project is $10,000,000 - $25,000,000. Period of Performance: 450 Calendar Days This Invitation for Bid is being conducted under FAR part 14 Sealed Bidding and is 100% Small Business Set Aside Applicable NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; Size standard is $39.5M All bidders are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, and/or final award process.
