Drainage District 88 Outlet Improvements

**As of June 20, 2023, project was awarded to Skalitzky Drainage, awarded amount is $58,190.25.** The Work includes furnishing and installing 24" drain tile, 8" drain tile, 48" risers, 48" inlet and grading/restoring the waterway. The principal items for which proposals are invited are: 1,425 LF 24" Drain Tile 90 LF 8" Drain Tile 1 EA Core Existing Inlet 2 EA 48" Risers 1 EA Inlet 1 LS Waterway Grading/Restoration. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Do dge County Drainage Board in an amount equal to 5% of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, the Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and the Insurance Certificates, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15 days after the Notice of Award of the Contract by the Do dge County Drainage Board. Failure on the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's Certified Check or Bid Bond to the Do dge County Drainage Board as liquidated damages. The Do dge County Drainage Board reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time for opening bids. Letting of the contract is subject to Sections 66.0901, 88.62, and 111.06 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
