Description

A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of the Bid Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the value of the work are required. The Davis-Bacon Act requirements apply to this project. Scope of Work Summary: Removal of existing Unit Ventilators, exhaust fans, control valves, and associated ductwork. Install new Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System, ductwork, and Cabinet Unit Heaters (CUH).
