Description

Butterfield Park Improvements Bid Security. The Bid Security from the contractor in the form of cash, certified check or treasurer's or cashier's check drawn upon a responsible bank in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be made payable to the Town of Orange, Massachusetts and shall be enclosed with the bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond in the full amount of the contract, will be required of the successful bidder. Time for Completion. The successful bidder will be required to substantially complete the Work no later than May 30, 2023.
