Furnishing Two Dumpsters and Dumping, Hauling and Disposal of Contents

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids to furnish two (2) dumpsters and requisite dumping, hauling and disposal of contents from the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at the Public Works Department, 16550 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland. The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). The City reserves the right to reject any bids if the evidence submitted by the bidder or an investigation of such bidder fails to satisfy the City that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract; and further reserves the right to reduce or modify the scope of the Project in order to meet funding limits and the City’s schedule. By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it has the ability to comply with all requirements contained in the Invitation for Bids. Interested bidders are encouraged to visit the site. Deadline for inquiries is 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2023. Written responses to all questions and/or clarifications will be issued no later than Friday, May 26, 2023, to all those who request the IFB. Bids shall be accepted until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, June 5, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting. A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB.
