| Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to purchase, install new doors and hardware in A&D wing of the HSB The project scope includes the following: 1. Order new doors and hardware specified by Dorchester county. 2. Remove old doors 3. Install new doors and hardware 4. Stain wood or paint metal frames with faux stain to match doors 5. Obtain permitting and business license from the Town of Summerville. 6. Ensure finished work meets county’s approval. 7. Remove all debris left over. 8. Any change orders not in the scope or agreed upon prior to work beginning must be approved before it is started. 9. All work must meet all electrical and building code standards |
