Landscape Maintenance for DOT

Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide median and roadside landscape maintenance and mowing for various sites throughout Lee County. The maintenance work will consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform all the work in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Landscape Maintenance section of this bid. Then and there to be publicly opened and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor to furnish; all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills and incidentals required for Lee County, Florida, in conformance with proposal documents, which include technical specifications and/or a scope of work. License(s): Proposer should provide, at the time of the opening of the proposal, all necessary permits and/or licenses required for this product and/or service. David Jones, DJones2@LeeGov.com Unless otherwise stated in the scope of work, specifications, or special conditions the default contract term shall be for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of three (3) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest. The County reserves the right to reject any or all materials, if in its judgment the item reflects unsatisfactory workmanship or manufacturing or shipping damage. The vendor shall refund, to the County, any money which has been paid for same.
