Description

The project is generally described as: Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the partial renovation of the Hanover Wickahm building for use as government administration space. The existing building is approximately 20,000 gross square feet in area. The work generally includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition, exterior window and door replacement, interior metal stud framed gypsum partitions and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, casework, hollow metal frames, wood doors and associated door hardware, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communications cabling, security and access controls systems, re-roofing of existing low sloped roof system, and all other Work.
