Design-Build Services for Jacksonville Fairground Relocation

The scope of work required of the selected Design-Build Firm for this project may include, but not be limited to, the following design, permitting, and construction elements necessary for the Fairgrounds Relocation: renovation or new construction of roadways, drainage systems, intersection improvements, streetscapes, sidewalks, pavement marking and signing, parking areas, traffic signing and signals, lighting, retaining walls, bulkheads, bridges, culverts, utility construction/repair, underground and/or aboveground utilities, and various other appurtenant work.
