Lisa Schlegel, Comptroller All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 03/03/2023 at 4:00PM EST for filed sub-bids and by 03/10/2023 at 2:00PM EST for general bids. EFIs scope of work included readily accessible interior building areas ofthe Project Area. Interior electrical and mechanical components were not disassembled to inspect for suspect ACMs. Due to the age of the buildings, it is possible that electrical wiring or other components may contain asbestos. At the request of the Client, the use of destructive methods was prohibited. Additionally, areas.behind exterior facades, above or behind wood or press board paneling, areas beneath wood floors or wood laminate flooring, wall and ceiling cavities, and areas beneath floor finishes could not be accessed without destructive methods in the Project Area. All areas not accessed should be thoroughly inspected using destructive sampling methods priorto the start of demolition in accordance with MassDFP survey requirements
