Description | This project consists of building demolition, pavement removals and tree clearing to prepare for the new construction of a 10,675 SF Dollar General Store The following trades will be required to complete this project: Asbestos abatement - Review report and price out each item individually following the report recommendations, some items may not be necessary to abate prior to demo. Building, Pavement Demolitions and Tree Clearing; Excavation and Site Utilities - include site removals and prep, include erosion controls, include ditch re-construction per plans, sanitary to the building from existing lateral, the water line is from the Trumbull County provided curb stop to the building, include spreading of topsoil inclusive of importing if required; Asphalt Paving and Striping - Include an alternate to furnish and install the stone the base bid is to carry fine grading of stone by others, striping and (2) handy-cap signs; Landscaping & Irrigation - Plantings, Trees, Seed and Sod per plans - Provide a cost for irrigation of the sod areas; Fencing and Gates - Board on Board Fencing and Gates Dumpster Enclosure and Privacy Fence; Concrete - 4" of stone for the building, vertical rigid insulation down the footing, Foundation Wall, Footings and Floor Slab, Building Sidewalk w/ Turndown Curb, Dumpster/Delivery Pad, install (12) Bollards and Building Anchor Bolts, provide (3) Light Pole Base; Masonry - Smooth Modular Brick by Belden 479 Medium Range Smooth or Equivalent - 507 SF; Structural Steel - (12) Bollards and Anchor Bolts; Pre-Engineered Metal Building - ERECTION ONLY; Metal Stud / Track Framing and Drywall - Include ALL wood blocking, sheathing, tyvek and backing, include install of doors, frames, hardware, cart coral and restrooms accessories, furnish and install FRP, vinyl cove base, water heater shelf, break metal at office low wall and corner guards; Caulking; Automatic Entrance Doors - The storefront/auto doors and glass are by the national account provider - Record Door; Flooring - Retroplate DG Certified Vendors; Painting - Include floor striping & sealer; Plumbing; HVAC - Furnish RTU's through the national account vendor, York no exceptions Electrical - Include Cable Tray & Furnish and Install of lighting packages, switch gear, the EMS System Complete, (3) site lights, phone and power services are underground to the building include all primary and secondary conduits, include secondary conductors, provide (3) 4" conduits (2) for power and (1) for communications. *As of July 10, 2023, revised civil drawings 2 and addendum A has been issued. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder. |
