Description | The District desires equipment rental and supporting services to setup and transition between up to three (3) graduation ceremonies per day for participating schools. Service Providers must be able to setup provided equipment at specified locations inside each stadium prior to graduation events (stage, ramps, stairs, podium, etc.), setup student chairs on the field prior to each ceremony (accommodating number of graduates), reset student chairs on the field as needed between each event, remove student chairs from the field to allow for nightly watering and irrigation of the grass and tear down all equipment used for graduation ceremonies. |
