Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids. This project summary is for Riverfront Park Paver Replacement. Contractors shall remove and replace existing damaged pavers in areas adjacent to and the south of "The Gateway Building" located on 200 NE Water St. Peoria, IL. Contractors shall also apply paver sand to the areas of repair and clean the areas of repair. All work will require coordination by Contractor to include phasing. Work type may be continued during the day if properly coordinated.
