All quotes shall remain firm, and shall not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days, following date of receipt. The Township of Grosse Ile will award the contract without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, height, and weight or handicap status. The Township of Grosse Ile reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularity in any bid, and to make an award of Contract in any manner, deemed in its best interest. An answer will be furnished within three (3) business days of the email, by return email transmission.
