Miscellaneous School Projects

The projects consist of the construction of a parking lot off Morgantown Road for the Center Grove Soccer Field. The parking lot includes underground detention, curbs, full depth pavement, landscaping, and ditch reroute. Reconfiguration of the circle at the Southeast side of Honey Grove. This involves removal of an existing roadway, pavement markings, sidewalk, and curb and reinstalling. Also the widening of Pennington Roadway from Morgantown Road to the East side of Hornaday Drive. This project will widen the road 8 feet to the North while constructing a roundabout, milling & surfacing the existing roadway, and full depth pavement in the project limits. Pennington improvements also includes storm water improvements involving new storm structures, concrete ditches, and curb and gutter. Saddle Club Road improvements that include widening of the existing roadway, mill & resurface, stone shoulders, and construction of a drive. All work is specified in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for said project.
