Description

1. Prepare, prep and clean the entire surface area per the manufacturers directions, specifications and recommendations. 2. Prepare and seal all cracks with Seal Master Crack Master - PL according to the manufacturers directions, specifications and recommendations. 3. Prepare and prime all oil spots with SeaiMaster Petro Seal Oil Spot Primer according to manufacturers' directions, specifications and recommendations. 4. Prepare and seal all parking areas and associated drives with SeaiMaster Coal Tar Concentrate according to manufacturers directions, specifications and recommendations. Provide a second coat of sealer. Two coats total. 5. Repaint all curbs, lines, arrows, stop bars, etc. with an Alabama DOT approved acrylic striping paint. 6. Stencil all owner required Faculty, Visitor and Handicap parking spaces.
