The repairs will include removing and replacing the existing duplex condensate vacuum pump system and installing isolation valves on all low-pressure steam lines and condensate return lines. All work will be located at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Work to be completed within 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. NAICS: 238220; Size Standard: $16,500,000. An organized site visit is scheduled, see FAR provision 52.236-27 contained herein for details. Bidding will take place via teleconference call - an amendment will be posted with the call in information. Only bids from VA-verified SDVOSBs in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at the time of bid submission and prior to award will be eligible for award. Joint Ventures (JV) are also subject to the same SDVOSB, VetBiz, etc. requirements as "regular" SDVOSBs are. Moreover, the prime contractor must be the SDVOSB partner used to create the JV.
