Description

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of 4 residential houses. Two contractors may be selected to build two houses each. They will sub out all the necessary contractors. They will provide and install the foundations and electrical for the garages, and provide material only for others to build the garages. As of July 20, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected Project schedule: August 2022 - December 2022 Submission cut-off date is August 2, 2022, 3:00 PM.
