Description

Project scope consists of a mechanical change out and modifications to approximately 34,000 square feet of the existing elementary school at Rector School District. Scope includes, but is not limited to, change out of existing 3 ton gas fired furnaces and addition of ERVs including electrical modifications. Additional work includes roof penetrations and flashing, ceiling demolition and modifications, and miscellaneous accommodations for new equipment.
